Lucid Lab

Privacy

Website analytics and enquiries.

What is measured

Lucid Lab uses aggregate website measurement to understand page visits, device types, referral sources, and site performance. If you allow optional analytics, the site can also record active engagement time, which videos are started, email or phone link clicks, and whether the enquiry form was successfully accepted.

What is not sent to analytics

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, and enquiry text are not included in analytics events. Analytics is used to understand patterns, not to identify individual prospective clients.

Services used

Cloudflare provides privacy-focused aggregate traffic and performance measurement for the site. Optional Google Analytics measurement is loaded only after a visitor choosesAllow analytics. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled in the site configuration. Visitors can reopenAnalytics settings at any time to change or withdraw their choice.

Embedded videos

Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. Individual project pages load the player when the page opens, so your browser connects to YouTube before you press play. Other pages load the player when you choose to play a video. YouTube may process information such as your IP address and browser details to provide the player. These connections are separate from optional Lucid Lab analytics; declining analytics does not disable the video player.

Enquiry form

Enquiry details are sent to Lucid Lab through FormSubmit for delivery to the business inbox. The analytics signal records only that a submission was accepted, not the content of the form.
