The production problem
Property marketing often needs to build confidence before a finished space can be filmed. Static plans and still renders can show the design, but they do not always communicate how it might feel to move through the environment.

Lucid Lab used a generative-video workflow to shape the Chelsea Rise imagery into a cinematic architectural walkthrough. The movement, pacing, and sequence give the unbuilt spaces a sense of atmosphere while keeping the film focused on the property story.
